embarks on a quest over dark waters
in search of a zen art
an elusive art
and a little art
an instantaneous
and invisible art
which thrives on its own imperfections
in stillness and silence
in being not doing
and touching secrets
in the media of memory

zen is Direct Experience.
It is not narrative, nor vicarious, nor virtual.
It is as random and spontaneous as life itself.
It is a celebration of simplicity.
art is the Life of Imagination.
zen art engages experience with imagination
in the immediate present
individual to the artist
original.
Lazzi will
conduct these ongoing voyages in live performance projects at unconventional
venues,
sometimes outdoors, and will create
films which document these events while capturing also
the raw and imperfect wabi-sabi quality which is a style trademark of all
our work.
